Description
Jeep Patriot Lift Kit
The Rocky Road Jeep Patriot Lift kit… The ONLY kit ever approved by Mopar and used by Mopar for their own lifted fleet. This lift kit was the first of its kind anywhere in the world and remains the Original. And, also the lift with the Best engineering available. This awesome system allows you to easily bolt-on 2.125″ of lift to your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: The springs are not compressed or modified so your ride quality and handling are not adversely affected in any way. Some new kits on the market provide a thicker “heavy duty” spring. What this means for your Jeep is a stiffer, rougher, and bouncier ride once installed. Rocky Road kits do NOT diminish the ride comfort of your vehicle like those coil spring lift kits do.
Our photos can’t really do justice to how great this vehicle looks with some lift and beefier tires. Check our pics though and you can get the idea. Our lift converts your Jeep to something truly worthy of the Jeep badge and nameplate!
Installs quickly (typically a couple hours). Anyone handy with a set of wrenches can install this system. No special tools needed.
We designed this system because of the poor ground clearance from the factory. The Patriot has pretty much the worst undercarriage clearance of any vehicle in its class… much less anything with 4WD. Even a silly stock Subaru can get you further down a dirt road than a stock Jeep Patriot, that’s just not right. Rocky Road has your cure for the stock Patriot blues though…
The Jeep Patriot Lift Contains:
- Front Strut spacers. Our lifetime warranty steel spacers don’t change or modify your ride quality. You get all the lift without any downsides. Very easy to install, they bolt right onto the top of your strut assembly. Extremely easy to install and no spring compressor or strut compressor is necessary.
- Rear strut spacers. Again, our lifetime warranty coil spacers give you the perfect amount of lift without any reduction in ride quality or comfort. Only minutes to install.
- Rear upper control arms. Necessary for proper alignment and position of wheels/tires and NEWLY redesigned to fit the shorter factory suspension on some 2011+ model Jeeps. Our control arms kits now fit flawlessly with all Jeeps!
- NEW UPDATED AND BEEFIER Swaybar extensions to help keep suspension parts from contacting each other on the highway or during the most severe offroading.
- Camber bolt packs. The custom offset bolts are necessary to achieve proper alignment and most alignment shops will really overcharge for these pieces. We save you that headache by including them in the kit.
- Detailed step-by-step instructions with photos so even the novice do-it-yourselfer can perform their own installation.
Please note: Alignment is extremely important for this vehicle when you add a suspension lift. Plan on doing a 4wheel alignment immediately following, or even at the time of the installation.
Patriot Suspension Lift
When Mopar was selling and installing these kits on their own new Patriots, they used the tire size 225/75 R16. Now people do often go larger on the tires, but we do recommend to have your lift installed first. This way, you can check the tires of your choice at the tire shop, before your purchase is completed.
Click on this YouTube link to check out the MOPAR 2012 Jeep Compass which Rocky Road supplied parts for at this year’s SEMA auto show in Las Vegas. SEMA is the world’s largest auto show and this Compass was the MOST ASKED ABOUT vehicle at the Jeep Display. While not everything on this Jeep is available to the public, you can at least have the awesome suspension system from Rocky Road.
Bottom line….
Enjoy more freedom, expand your boundaries, adventure further… and turn a few heads all at the same time with the Rocky Road Jeep Compass suspension lift kit. Whether you are looking get a little more daylight under your rig for some offroading adventure, or just want to make your Jeep into a head-turning mean machine, Rocky Road gets the job done. No stiff ride, no bad CV angles, nothing but the same excellent ride quality you’ve always had…. just a bit taller.
