WK2 Gas Tank Skid Plates
Why WK2 gas tank skid plates? Take a look underneath your Jeep and you’ll notice that you have 2 fuel tanks. One on each side. You’ll also notice that the gas tanks are PLASTIC! Yikes!
Why Jeep decided plastic was the best way to protect 25 gallons of explosive liquid is beyond us. Thankfully, our WK2 gas tank skidplates will protect that precious liquid.
Our easy bolton skidplates are manufactured in the USA out of heavy duty 1/8″ thick steel. These are not the cheap thinner gauge skidplates sold by other companies and imported from China.

Each WK2 skid plate takes 15-20 minutes or less to install, and is so simple anyone… ANYONE can install this at home in their own driveway. Our WK2 skid plates are 100% bolt-on, no drilling is needed on your vehicle at all.
