Bolt on electric power steering kit for your Samurai.

Why electric? The kit uses an electric assist drive system that does not require a mechanic, most people can install at home. The Suzuki Samurai electric power steering kit is complete. Fits years 1980-95. This power steering module is installed in the engine bay. The complete EPS system and steering column only weighs 22 pounds. The kit essentially mounts into your steering column between the steering box and the steering shaft.

No need to send a core/steering shaft like our other kits. No fabrication required. Just need to mount the brackets onto the chassis, mark the spots and tap (4) holes for the bolts.

If you still have the stock jack on the fender well,  you will need to remove it. You will also need to push the fender well out about 2 1/2″ to fit the motor in place.

Additionally, the steering feel of this EPS system is tunable to each user’s preference. Just mount the supplied adjustment knob on your dash and turn one way for lighter steering and the other way for a heavier feel.
